HT & LT POWER
BUILT TO STAY UP.
Overhead and underground lines, transformers, substations, panels and switchgear — erected, terminated, tested and commissioned by one crew, then maintained under contract.
What We Put In The Ground
And Up On The Poles
Overhead HT / LT Lines
Pole and tower structures, cross arms, conductor stringing, jumpering, line shifting and G.O.D structure work on 11 kV and 22 kV networks.
Underground HT / LT Cabling
Trenching and cable laying with sand–brick protection, straight-through jointing and end termination of XLPE cable up to 33 kV, plus route marking and records.
Transformers & Substations
Distribution and power transformers, plinth and structure work, oil filtration, indoor and outdoor substation build-out, HT/LT terminations and commissioning.
Panels & Switchgear
HT and LT panels, MCC and PCC panel erection, busbar and cable termination, control wiring, VCB / RMU / isolator installation and interlock checks.
Earthing & Lightning Protection
Earth pits and strip runs, brazed and exothermic welded joints, air terminals and down conductors, with earth resistance measurement and a test record on handover.
Liaisoning, Grid Connection & O&M
HT / LT connection, electrical load enhancement, installation approvals, grid connection and net metering — then plant electrical maintenance under annual contract.
One Contractor.
The Whole Electrical Scope.
Most electrical delays are handover delays — the line contractor waits on the cable crew, the cable crew waits on the panel vendor, and the inspection slips another month. We hold the entire scope, so the schedule is ours to keep.
-
Turnkey execution
Survey, material handling, erection, jointing, testing and handover in one contract.
-
Safety-first site practice
Permit-to-work discipline, tested tools and PPE, earthing before work begins.
-
Documented commissioning
Insulation, HV and earth resistance results handed over with as-built drawings.
Survey To Handover,
Without The Gaps
Site survey & load study
Existing supply, route, soil condition and connected load are checked on site before anything is quoted.
Estimate & drawings
Bill of quantities, single line diagram and cable schedule, priced item-wise so nothing is hidden.
Execution
Erection, laying, jointing and panel work by our own crew, sequenced against your shutdown window.
Testing & approvals
Pre-commissioning tests, inspection support, approval follow-up and charging of the installation.
O&M
Annual maintenance, thermography, joint and earthing checks, and breakdown attendance.
